Cancellation Policy

What to do when life gets in the way of your massage appointment!

At Just Massage, we recognize that people and life itself is not perfect and there are circumstances that can be out of our control (sudden illness, family emergencies, changed worked commitments etc.) and as such, we try to be as accommodating and flexible as we can with appointments.

However, we do also have to make a living and whilst it can sometimes be possible to fill appointments at short notice, this is often not the case. Generally the more notice we can give people the more likely it is we can fill the space left by a cancellation. Missed appointments are obviously impossible to fill!

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone or text on 07740 432986 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Please do not use any other method (Facebook Messenger/email etc) as these messages are not received as quickly and will not be accepted as cancellations.

Cancellation Charges

  • If at least 24 hours notice is given, there will be no charge.
  • With less than 24 hours and more than 3 hours notice, 50% of the planned treatment cost will be charged.
  • With less than 3 hours notice or complete "no shows", 100% of the planned treatment cost will be charged.

This notice allows us to accommodate clients on the waiting list. 

Running Late?
If YOU are unavoidably late for your appointment we will work to make sure that all your needs are still taken care of but please understand sometimes this may not be possible.
