What to do when life gets in the way of your massage appointment!

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact by phone or text only to 07740 432986 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. PleASE DO NOT USE OTHER METHODS (FACEBOOK MESSENGER/EMAIL ETC) AS THESE ARE NOT CHECKED AS OFTEN SO THEREFORE LIKELY TO NOT BE SEEN WITHIN 48 HOURS.

At Just Massage, we recognize that people and life doesn't always run to plan and circumstances can sometimes be out of our control. As such, we are as understanding, accommodating and flexible as we can be with appointments. Whilst it can sometimes be possible to fill appointment gaps at short notice, this is however often not the case. The more notice we can give people the more likely it is we can fill the space left by a cancellation -  not many people waiting patiently on a cancellation list can necessarily attend within 24 hours. A "forgotten" appointment is obviously completely impossible to fill.

If you are unavoidably late for your appointment we will work to make sure that all your needs are still taken care of but please understand sometimes this may not be possible.  If we are running late, we will always endeavour to advise you in advance and if not, adjust our timings to make sure you don't miss any of your appointment where possible.

Cancellation Charges

  • With less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours notice, 50% of the booked treatment time cost will be charged.
    If however we are able to rebook people from the cancellation list into the space, this will be waived.
  • With less than 24 hours notice 100% of the booked treatment time cost will be charged, again unless the space can be filled.
  • The same conditions apply where appointments have been booked using a gift voucher i.e. with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, the voucher becomes void, between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the voucher value is void.

block bookings

  • As numbers of appointments are limited to a maximum of 15 per week at Just Massage, obviously demand can sometimes be a premium. Whilst we prioritise loyal and long-standing clients, new ones are always welcome.
  • Consequently, where a number of "pay as you go" block booked appointments are made, if 2 consecutive appointments are cancelled (or rearranged with less than 72 hours notice) any remaining appointments will be cancelled and offered to our waiting list. You are of course welcome to rebook on an appointment by appointment basis, but we reserve the right to refuse block bookings.
