Just Massage Relaxing Oil 100 ml

Just Massage Therapy's very purpose is relaxation...our aim is for clients to leave their worries and stresses at the door and leave in a better head and body space to deal with them. Essential oils are a subtle yet extremely important part of our approach and this blend nails it every time... classic lavender & geranium with petit grain & clary sage... a good nights sleep is virtually guaranteed after this.

Our oils are multi purpose so depending on preference, small amounts (a half teaspoonful in the palm of your hand) can be used to:

1. Bathe - Add a capful of oil to an eggcup full of milk (Cleopatra knew a thing or two you know!) run your bath and when half it's about full, chuck in the oil and milk... you can add more milk (if you want the added bonus of hiding your scary bits) and more oil if you wish!)

2. Moisturise - rub moist hands together and give yourself a little post shower rub down...your skin and your mood will thank you tenfold! (Note: this blend probably best for bedtime showers rather than morning!)

3. Ideally recruit a loved one to give you a little rub with this... even just an arm (preferably both!) will work wonders.... but challenge your powers of persuasion and work them up to back.  If you're home alone... rub the teeniest bit between your hands, hold it to your face and breathe.... deeply and slowly... night night!
